以精密数控车床单主轴箱装配过程为例,系统分析主轴在装配过程中轴承的安装及其它零部件的装配方法,并阐述保证主轴箱及其重要装配过程装配精度的方法,对工程实践中主轴箱的装配具有一定的参考价值。
Taking precision CNC lathe single headstock box assembly process as an example, this paper systematically analyzes the installation of bearings in the assembly process of the spindle and the assembly methods of other components, and describes the methods to ensure the assembly accuracy of the headstock and its important assembly process. Box assembly has a certain reference value.
