今年中国海外投资有望持续10%以上的高速增长,投资规模再创历史新高。中国对外直接投资额和吸引外资额(2006~2015年,亿美元)2015年中国经济增长速度创5年来新低,跌至6.9%。可去年同期中国对外直接投资却逆市猛增13.3%,创下1395.3亿美元的历史新高。过去5年间,中国经济年均增长率约为7.4%,而中国对外直接投资年复合增长率却高达16.9%。步入2016年,中国对外投资热度不减,其中中国化工430亿美元收购瑞士先正达更成为中企史上最大海外并购交易。
This year, China’s overseas investment is expected to continue to grow at a high rate of over 10% with a record high investment. China’s Direct Investment in Foreign Direct Investment and Amount of Foreign Capital Attracted (2006-2015, Billion Dollars) In 2015, China’s economic growth hit a record low of 5 years, dropping to 6.9%. However, in the same period of last year, China’s foreign direct investment soared by 13.3% against the market, setting a record high of 139.53 billion U.S. dollars. In the past five years, China’s economy grew at an average annual rate of 7.4%, while China’s foreign direct investment at a CAGR of 16.9%. Into 2016, China’s foreign investment is not reduced, of which China’s 43 billion U.S. dollars acquisition of Swiss Syngenta has become the largest overseas M & A transactions in the history of Chinese enterprises.
