新闻媒体对司法活动的关注度不断提高,对司法的影响力日益增大。本文引入传播学中的第三者效果理论,研究新闻媒体在监督司法活动过程中存在的目标偏差,探求防止媒体不当信息对司法独立产生影响的对策建议。
The attention of the news media to judicial activities is constantly improving, and its influence on the judiciary is increasing day by day. This paper introduces the theory of the third party in communication studies to study the target deviation existing in the process of supervising the judicial activities of the news media and to explore the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the improper media from influencing the independence of the judiciary.
