用多普勒超声心动图经三尖瓣口的血流舒张充盈频谱测定８８例正常儿童的右心室舒张功能，并观察了呼吸、年龄对右心室舒张功能的影响，结果两年龄组吸气时血流速度指标Ｅ、Ａ，流量指标ＥＡ、ＡＡ、ＴＡ比呼气时均有明显增加，时间指标ＤＦＴ、ＥＡＴ均延长，年龄仅对右心室舒张功能的部分指标有明显影响，表明用多普勒超声心动图评价右心室舒张功能时，应考虑年龄尤其是呼吸的影响。测过时应注意呼吸时相的标准化，本文测值亦可作为临床评价儿童右心室舒张功能的参考资料。
