从2002年到2012年的10年间,共有62万余名军队干部脱下军装转业地方。其中,50余万名计划分配军转干部顺利走向工作岗位,12万余名自主择业军转干部先后踏上就业创业之旅。60余万名转业干部从确定转业到融入地方,从转业对象确定到离队报到,档案移交、教育管理、安置协调、报到通知、转业费结算等等诸多环节,承载了部队干部部门同志无数的辛劳与汗水……这期关注,让我们把目光投向干部转业工作,梳理十六大以来部队干部转业和移交工作部门走过的不平凡的十年。
In the 10 years from 2002 to 2012, a total of more than 620,000 army cadres took off their military uniforms. Among them, more than 500,000 plan-assigned military cadres went smoothly to work positions, and more than 120,000 cadres of independent career careers switched their careers to employment. More than 600,000 retired cadres have carried countless hard work from commanders in the cadres of the armed forces departments from the point where they decided to transfer their jobs to the place where they were to be relocated, the tasks they decided to go from the transfer of employment to the transfer of their files, the transfer of files, education and management, resettlement coordination, check-in notices and settlement of transfer fees. In this issue of concern, let us turn our attention to the work of going through the cadres’ work and sort out the extraordinary decade that military cadres have switched to and transferred to the work departments since the 16th CPC National Congress.
