提出一种新颖的水处理构筑物布置方式,大型水池和冷却塔叠放在集中泵站屋面上,解决场地狭小的布置难题。重点论述了该方案集中泵站、水池、冷却塔工艺布置特点、基础及上部结构设计要点和构造措施。不同的屋面标高形成吸水井,优化柱距和吊车组合来解决工艺布置和设备检修问题。水池底板和集中泵站屋面板采用双层板方案较单层板方案更优。此外,还提出了水池防渗、防冻、防裂、试水等构造措施。
A novel layout method for water treatment structures is proposed. Large pools and cooling towers are stacked on the roof of a centralized pumping station to solve the difficult layout problem. The paper focuses on the characteristics of the layout of the pumping station, the pool, and the cooling tower, and the design points and structural measures for the foundation and superstructure. Different roof elevations form suction wells, and optimization of column spacing and crane combinations to solve process layout and equipment overhaul issues. The use of the double deck scheme for the pool floor and the centralized pump station roof is better than the single deck scheme. In addition, construction measures such as seepage prevention, anti-freezing, crack prevention, and water testing have also been proposed.
