观察大鼠脑缺血后大脑皮层、下丘脑、纹状体中精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的动态变化,探讨AVP在缺血性脑损伤中的作用。方法应用四血管结扎大鼠全脑缺血模型,放射免疫分析法检测脑缺血后6个时点3个脑区中AVP的含量。结果3个脑区中AVP的含量随着缺血时间的延长而呈逐渐升高的趋势。结论AVP参与脑缺血的病理生理过程且在缺血性脑损伤中起重要的作用。
To observe the dynamic changes of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in cerebral cortex, hypothalamus and striatum after cerebral ischemia in rats, and to explore the role of AVP in ischemic brain injury. Methods The model of global cerebral ischemia was established by ligation of four vessels in rats. The content of AVP in three brain regions at 6 time points after cerebral ischemia was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The content of AVP in three brain regions increased gradually with the extension of ischemic time. Conclusion AVP participates in the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemia and plays an important role in ischemic brain injury.
