【新華社北京七日電】本月四日人民日報社論‘爭取劳資關係更加正常化’,摘要如下: 目前全國私營企業中的勞資關係,基本上已趨於穩定。這是對生產很有利的條件。從(?)年到現在,在調整勞資關係中,全國各地普遍採用了兩個成功的經驗:一個是訂立勞資集體合同,一個是建立勞資協商會議。事實證明,凡是勞資協商會議開得好的行業或企業,工人與資本家的積極性都顯著地提高。由於勞資變方共同協商努力的結果,使某些非常困難的而有利於國計民生的私營企業得以維持下來。有些私營工廠中已出現了建廠以來的生產新紀錄。勞资協商成功的關鍵在那裏呢?

This is a very favorable condition for production. From the date of (‧) to the present, two successful experiences have been widely adopted across the country in the adjustment of labor relations: one is the conclusion of a labor collective contract and the other is the establishment of a labor-management consultation. Facts have proved that the enthusiasm of all workers and capitalists in all industries or enterprises that have held a good negotiation at labor negotiations has risen markedly. As a result of the concerted efforts of the labor-borne parties, some very difficult private-owned enterprises that benefit the national economy and the people’s livelihood can be maintained. Some private factories have seen new records of production since their establishment. Where is the key to the success of industrial and commercial negotiations?
