对企业来说,发展是主题,改革是动力,稳定是前提;没有稳定,企业改革和发展就成了空谈。因此,必须把维护稳定摆到压倒一切的位置。当前,企业基层各种矛盾和焦点比较突出,要实现企业长足发展,强化基层信访工作显得尤为重要。因此,要树立“信访工作无小事”的观念,大力宣传贯彻《信访条例》,创新领导体制和工作机制,完善机构和信访网络建设,严格落实各项信访工作责任制,切实提高信访工作效率,维护企业稳定,促进企业快速发展。
