从2003年到2013年,中国房地产业经历了快速发展的十年,房地产业,已成为市场经济发展中的一匹黑马,在我国国民经济中所占比例越来越大。近年来,受国家宏观调控政策的影响,房地产企业之间的竞争也愈演愈烈。就现状来看,只有提高房地产企业的财务管理水平,增强房地产企业的竞争力,提高房地产企业的经济效益。本文将对房地产企业的财务成本管理进行具体分析。
From 2003 to 2013, the real estate industry in China has undergone a rapid development for 10 years. The real estate industry has become a dark horse in the market economy and its share of the national economy has been growing. In recent years, under the influence of the state’s macro-control policies, the competition among real estate enterprises has also intensified. From the current situation, only to improve the financial management of real estate enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of real estate companies and improve the economic efficiency of real estate enterprises.
