目的 观察急性脑梗死患者镁钙的变化 ,探讨其潜在的作用。方法 检测 10 7例确诊为急性脑梗死患者早期血清镁、钙含量 ;对大脑中动脉阻塞 (MCAO)的SD大鼠在MCAO后 6h、12h分别测定梗死侧、对侧脑皮质匀浆及血清镁、钙含量。结果 急性脑梗死患者与对照组比较血清Mg2 +含量减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ;SD大鼠MCAO后 ,缺血区脑皮质匀浆镁含量明显低于、钙含量明显高于健侧对应脑皮质区及对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,同时12h组血清镁下降、钙升高 (与对照组及MCAO 6h组比较P <0 0 1)。结论 急性脑梗死时缺血区脑组织及血清镁含量下降、钙含量升高 ;镁钙参与了缺血性脑坏死的病理生理过程
Objective To observe the changes of magnesium and calcium in patients with acute cerebral infarction and to explore its potential role. Methods Serum magnesium and calcium levels were determined in 107 early diastolic cerebral infarction patients. The levels of serum magnesium (Mg) and calcium in MCAO middle cerebral artery (MCAO) rats were measured at 6h and 12h after MCAO , Calcium content. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum Mg2 + in the patients with acute cerebral infarction were decreased (P <0.05). After MCAO, the content of magnesium in cerebral cortex homogenate was significantly lower than that in the control group Cortex and control group (P <0.01). At the same time, serum magnesium decreased and calcium increased in 12h group (P <0.01 compared with control group and MCAO 6h group). Conclusions Acute cerebral infarction in the ischemic area of brain tissue and serum magnesium content decreased, calcium content increased; magnesium and calcium involved in the pathophysiology of ischemic cerebral necrosis
