20多年来,内外科处理膀胱输尿管返流是小儿泌尿科的一个大的问题。提出与应用了许多有效的手术方法。这里报道一种新的手术技术,特别对巨大三角区的病人有效,曾应用于38例儿童与成人获得优良结果。这种技术包括一针缝合使三角区迭盖,有效地延长了输尿管终端的壁内段。
For more than 20 years, surgical treatment of vesicoureteral reflux is a big problem in pediatric urology. Proposed and applied many effective surgical methods. A new surgical technique is reported here that is particularly effective in patients with huge trigones and has been used in 38 children and adults to obtain excellent results. This technique consists of a needle suture to make triangular overlap and effectively extend the in-wall segment of the ureter terminal.
