随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,原来适应计划经济体制的部门办学体制和单科性学院培养人才的模式已不适应社会和经济发展的需要。各高校为了适应社会发展和自身生存的需要,追求规模效益和竞争实力,兴起了一轮以合并为主要特征的高效管理体制改革热潮。在这样的背景下,如何对合并重建的高校档案进行整理就成了搞好新组建高校档案工作的当务之急。下面,笔者结合自身工作实际,谈谈合并档案整理时应注意的问题。
With the gradual establishment of a socialist market economic system, the original school-running system that adapted to the planned economic system and the model of training qualified personnel in the one-off-school have not met the needs of social and economic development. In order to meet the needs of social development and their own existence, colleges and universities pursue the scale efficiency and competitive strength, raising a wave of reform of efficient management system featuring the main features of mergers. Under this background, how to organize the archives of colleges and universities merged and rebuilt has become the most urgent task to do well in the new archives work of colleges and universities. The following, the author combined with their own practical work, to talk about mergers and files finishing should pay attention to the problem.
