目的:番荔枝内酯(Amnonaceousacetogenins)是从番荔枝科植物中得到的一类具有抗癌活性令人鼓舞的新型天然产物。同时其毒性低,活性高,极有希望成为新型的天然抗癌剂。阿蒂莫耶植物种子中番荔枝总内酯含有多种抗癌力强的成份,本文拟探讨这种番荔枝总内酯的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:以阿蒂莫耶番荔枝内酯对多种人的体外培养的细胞株进行细胞毒测定。细胞毒测定方法为MTT法。结果:阿蒂莫耶番荔枝内酯对人乳腺癌多药抗药性(Multidrugresistance,MDR)细胞株MCF-7/ADR及敏感细胞株MCF-7的IC50分别为5.83±1.43及6.10±1.06μg/ml,对咽喉癌MDR细胞株KBv200及敏感细胞株KB的IC50分别为3.58±0.81及3.64±0.79μg/ml,对鼻咽癌CNE2细胞株IC50为2.51±0.11μg/ml。结论:阿蒂莫耶番荔枝内酯对不同肿瘤细胞系均具有很强的体外细胞毒活性。同时,MDR细胞株对这种番荔枝总内酯无抗药性。
OBJECTIVE: Amnonaceousacetogenins are a new type of natural product with encouraging anticancer activity obtained from Annonaceae plants. At the same time its low toxicity, high activity, very promising to become a new type of natural anticancer agent. Aitomoy plant seed litchi total lactone contains a variety of anti-cancer strong ingredients, this paper is to investigate the total anti-tumor effect of this litchi total lactone. METHODS: Cytotoxicity assay was carried out on a variety of human cell lines cultured in vitro with orchardy litchi lactone. Cytotoxicity assay for the MTT method. Results: The IC50 of artichoke annona on human breast cancer multidrug resistance (MDR) cell line MCF-7 / ADR and sensitive cell line MCF-7 were 5.83 ± 1.43 and 6, respectively. 10 ± 1.06μg / ml, the IC50 of KBv200 and KB cells in throat cancer were 3.58 ± 0.81 and 3.64 ± 0.79μg / ml, respectively. The IC50 of CNE2 cell line was 2.51 ± 0.11 μg / ml. CONCLUSION: Allitomoya annatto has strong in vitro cytotoxic activity against different tumor cell lines. At the same time, MDR cell lines were not resistant to this litchi total lactone.
