本文根据某厂φ100无缝自动轧管机纽穿孔机所使用的某型十字轴式万向联轴器的实物电测、电算的结果,确认轧机上、下轴间的扭矩是不同的,并用接触应力的疲劳强度加以校核。文中考虑了滚柱与十字轴的接触应力分布的非均匀性,对十字轴的弯曲应力、轴间平面折角、空间夹角和摩擦力等的存在,及其对十字轴的疲劳强度的影响进行了计算分析,较好地解释了十字轴轴颈的点蚀、剥落现象,对今后的十字轴式万向联轴器的设计提供了参考。
