TA7钛合金蒙皮冷滚弯成形工艺方法简便,滚弯装置、坯料均不加热,可节约大量经费,是生产单曲率钛合金蒙皮的最经济的方法。本文根据TA7钛合金蒙皮的实际变形量,用最小弯曲半径r≥6t关系式和L_1σ_(s1)δ_1~2=L_2σ_(a2)δ_2~2厚度平方经验公式分析计算后认为,退火状态的TA7钛合金板用W11×2000×5三轴滚弯机可以冷滚成形上述蒙皮。用冷滚弯成形工艺制取的φ880×816×2mm筒形蒙皮和φ大880×φ小760×504×1.5mm锥形蒙皮的母线不直度、端面不平度,均满足设计要求。TA7冷滚弯蒙皮尚有少量正回弹,最佳反变形量的控制有待进一步研究解决。

Titanium alloy plate with W11 × 2000 × 5 three-axis roll bending machine can roll forming the skin. The cold rolling forming process made of φ880 × 816 × 2mm cylindrical skin and φ 880 × φ small 760 × 504 × 1.5mm tapered skin of the busbar straightness, unevenness, meet the design requirements. TA7 cold roll skin there is still a small amount of positive rebound, the best anti-deformation control needs to be further studied and resolved.
