本文根据我国的铁矿资源的情况,选择[%P]=~0.50的中磷铁水为研究对象。从热力学上比较了 Na_2CO_3和 CaO 基两种熔剂的不同脱磷特点,得到如下的磷分配比和氧位间的关系式:Na_2CO_3:lg(%P)/[%P]=5.920+lga[o]CaO 基:lg(%P)/[%P]~2=18.912+5lga[o]+3lgacao它表明:增加氧位能大幅度地提高 CaO 基熔剂的脱磷效率,在 PO_2=10~(-16)~10~(14)atm 范围内,CaO 基熔剂具有接近于 Na_2CO_3熔剂的脱磷能力。并指出,在脱磷处理时要注意保碳的问题。为满足工业生产的需要,本文还定量地讨论了熔剂量和脱硫脱磷率之间的关系。结果是:η(%)=AQ~n
According to the situation of iron ore resources in our country, we select the medium phosphorus hot metal [% P] = ~ 0.50 as the research object. The different dephosphorization characteristics of two fluxes, Na_2CO_3 and CaO, were compared thermodynamically. The relationship between phosphorus partition ratio and oxygen level was obtained as follows: Na_2CO_3: lg (% P) / [% P] = 5.920 + lga [o It shows that increasing the oxygen level can greatly improve the dephosphorization efficiency of CaO-based fluxes. When PO_2 = 10 ~ () -16) ~ 10 ~ (14) atm range, CaO-based flux has a dephosphorization ability close to that of Na_2CO_3 flux. And pointed out that in the dephosphorization should pay attention to the issue of carbon conservation. In order to meet the needs of industrial production, this paper also quantitatively discussed the relationship between flux amount and desulfurization dephosphorization rate.
