1.引言经过矫直机矫直的钢管,要求其圆柱表面母线为理想的直线,而且表面划痕少。要实现上述要求,一方面要有正确的辊形曲面(线)(在文献[1][2][3]中已有论述),另一方面还要合理选择其他参数。比如矫直辊和钢管轴线之间的夹角α以及它们之间的距离α(见图1)等。为此,必须求出钢管表面和辊形曲面的接触线,分析接触线各点上的相对滑动速度,因为相对滑动是产生钢管表面划痕的主要原因。通过分析,即可明确合理选择设计参数的原则和改进产品设计的方向。
1. INTRODUCTION Steel straightening after straightening machine requires its cylindrical surface bus to be an ideal straight line with less surface scratches. To achieve the above requirements, it is necessary to have the correct roll-shaped surface (line) (discussed in [1] [2] [3]) on the one hand and other parameters on the other hand. Such as the angle α between the straightening roller and the axis of the steel pipe and the distance α between them (see Figure 1). For this reason, we must find out the contact line between the steel pipe surface and the roller-shaped curved surface, and analyze the relative sliding speed at each point of the contact line, because the relative sliding is the main reason for the scratching on the steel pipe surface. Through the analysis, you can clearly and rationally select the principle of design parameters and improve the direction of product design.
