获得高强度、高韧性、高硬度的墨球铸铁是人们一直所追求的,往往是达到了高强度、高硬度而韧性又是显著的下降。本文即是试验了如何达到高强度、高韧性又高硬度的球墨铸铁。一、试验条件1.熔化设备熔化在φ700毫米外热式热风酸性冲天炉中进行,为对流—辐射式热风炉,热风温度300~350℃。球铁批料350公斤、层焦50公斤、石灰石20公斤,每隔5批加一批接力焦。焦炭灰分小于12%,硫0.6%,水份小于4%,挥发分1.5%。
