铸铁水平连续铸造技术在我国发展已经30年了,技术和装备在日臻完善,铸铁型材的应用领域和数量在不断扩大,如何生产不同截面尺寸和种类的铸铁型材,解决其相关关键技术和装备难题,进一步丰富铸铁型材产品类型,发挥铸铁型材的优点,提升我国装备制造业的水平已成为热点问题。在综述铸铁型材特点和我国与国际知名企业之间的差距基础上,提出了水平连铸技术和铸铁型材应用的发展趋势和方向。
Cast iron horizontal continuous casting technology has been developed in our country for 30 years, the technology and equipment are improving day by day. The application field and quantity of cast iron profile are expanding constantly. How to produce cast iron profiles with different cross-sectional dimensions and kinds, to solve their related key technologies and equipment problems , To further enrich the cast iron product type, play the advantages of cast iron profiles, improve the level of China’s equipment manufacturing industry has become a hot issue. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of cast iron profile and the gap between our country and internationally renowned enterprises, the development trend and direction of horizontal continuous casting technology and application of cast iron profiles are put forward.
