岛型橱柜就是厨房中间摆设一个独立的料理台或工作台,家人和朋友可在料理台上共同准备餐点或闲话家常。岛型橱柜分为全岛型和半岛型两种,除了厨房的常用功能外,还为全家人提供了一个可以在厨房进行交流或者举行小型聚会的地方,让就餐变得其乐融融。在设置时,主人可依据房子的形状、大小以及主人的爱好布局,打造属于自己的风格化厨房。全岛型橱柜在大户型、别墅中应用。虽然独立于橱柜功能区以外,但也可以担当起洗涤区和备料区的功能。全岛橱柜最大的功效在于,增加了厨房的“人性化”氛围。家人和朋友可以坐在岛旁,边做饭边聊天。
