经费有限,为了购买教师荐购的贵重图书,咸阳师范学院图书馆采取以下方式满足教师需求:申请学校专项经费、纳入个人科研项目经费、纳入研究基地及重点学科经费、从常规购书经费中适当划拨。为了保障图书荐购工作的持续发展,建议采取荐购经费制度化、图书效益评估、采购方式多元化、探索图书荐购工作的良性发展机制、协调共享等措施。
In order to buy valuable books recommended by teachers, the library of Xianyang Normal University adopts the following methods to meet the needs of teachers: to apply for special funds for schools, to include funds for individual scientific research projects, to include funds for research bases and key disciplines, and to appropriately allocate funds from routine books . In order to ensure the sustainable development of book recommendation, it is suggested to adopt the institutionalization of recommendation purchase, the book benefit evaluation, the diversification of procurement methods, the exploration of the benign development mechanism of book recommendation, the coordination of sharing and other measures.
