介绍高速CNC活塞数控车床数控系统的一种新设计,从运动学和动力学两方面分析了活塞外形型面的加工机理,提出采用一套数控系统以跟踪控制进行加工的新方法。根据新设计在MAZAK—JI普通车床上进行的加工试验表明:新设计是可行的。
A new design of numerical control system for high speed CNC piston CNC lathe is introduced. The machining mechanism of the piston profile is analyzed from the aspects of kinematics and dynamics. A new numerical control system based on tracking control is proposed. According to the new design in the MAZAK-JI ordinary lathe machining tests showed that: the new design is feasible.
