一从总量态势上看:1、国内生产总值和工业生产平稳增长。上半年我国经济总体态势良好,经济增长稳中趋缓,国内生产总值达42942亿元,同比增长7.9%。其中,二季度增长7.8%,比一季度略有下降。第一产业增长2.4%,夏粮减产,初步统计比上年减少491万吨,下降4.6%;第二产业增长9.7%;第三产业增长7.0%。2、消费价格总水平小幅攀升。上半年,居民消费价格总水平同比上涨1.1%,呈小幅攀升态势。其中,娱乐教育文化用品及服务价格涨幅过大,达9.3%,
