Forest immunoassay is a chemical analysis method of simulated medicine. It can be used to determine the amount of potential substances in forest land, to check plant hormones, and to detect bactericidal viruses. Forest entomologists and pathologists often use forestry biology, plant physiology, genetics, wood technology, wildlife testing, quantitative analysis of forest material, and the like, as well as immunoassays. In pathological studies of forests, people use immunoassays to determine and detect microorganisms and viruses. The scope of use of immunoassay, from relatively insensitive immunoprecipitation to highly sensitive antibody labeling, has evolved from ferritin and fluorescent labeling to isotopic tracing and finally to the enzyme
