泻心汤出自《金匮要略》,由大黄、黄连、黄芩组成,主治气逆血热之吐血、衄血。笔者在临床运用本方治疗内科急重症时,深感其验。兹举数例,简述如下。(一)溃疡病大出血李某,男,45岁。农民。1979年6月3日初诊。素患胃病10余年,近几年来,每年出现黑色大便2～3次。经某医院钡餐检查,确诊为胃溃疡。今因上腹部胀痛加重,大便色黑收入住院治疗。证见痛有定处,舌质淡,脉涩。按久痛入络,胃络损伤论治。拟失笑散加田七、白芨、木香、香附子、延胡索、川楝子等药化淤止血,理气止痛。次日下午9时许,登厕大便,其色如柏
