我国一级、健将级田径运动员,平均每日训练时间为4.58小时。(体育学通讯,1988.1期第50页),与国外许多优秀田径运动员的训练时间有明显差别。且从训练时间与运动成绩两者的关系来看,它们并不呈“函数”关系。本文从心理、生理学的双重性角度分析认为:在人体运动接近极限的情况下,控制田径的有效训练时间,是当前田径运动训练科学化的发展趋势。笔者以文献综述的方法,对田径运动的训练时间问题进行探讨。
At the Chinese level, average athletes of track and field athletes, the average daily training time is 4.58 hours. (Sports Communication, 1988.1, p. 50), there are significant differences with the training time of many outstanding track and field athletes abroad. And from the relationship between training time and athletic performance, they are not “functional” relationship. This paper analyzes the duality of psychology and physiology and thinks that controlling the effective training time of track and field is the trend of scientific track and field training when the movement of human being reaches its limit. The author discusses the training time of track and field by means of literature review.
