新年伊始,2010年新生代农民工第一次在中央正式文件中被明确提了出来,引起众多媒体的关注。目前,60%的外出务工人员是新生代农民工,作为我国产业工人的重要组成部分,了解他们对09年工作生活的评价以及对10年的期待,可以为政府和企业相关政策的制定提供数据支撑。鉴于此,汇思人力资源研究所对在长三角地区工作的900多名新生代农民工进行了调查,回收807份有效问卷,调查涉及新生代农民工工作、生活、节后计划等各个方面,并围绕这些方面进行了探讨、提供了建议。在当前“用工荒”问题凸显、两会聚焦新生代农民工的情况下,本文以其基于样本的扎实调查和层层深入的探讨,为我们提供了一个及时的参考。
At the beginning of the new year, the new generation of migrant workers was explicitly mentioned in the official documents of the Central Government in 2010, arousing the concern of many media. At present, 60% of migrant workers are new generation migrant workers who, as an important part of China's industrial workers, understand their assessment of the working life in 2009 and their expectation of 10 years, can provide data for the formulation of relevant government and enterprise policies support. In view of this, the Institute of Human Resources Institute conducted a survey of more than 900 new-generation migrant workers who work in the Yangtze River Delta region, and collected 807 valid questionnaires to investigate various aspects of the work, life and post-holiday planning of the new generation of migrant workers. And discussed these aspects, provided suggestions. In the current “labor shortage ” issue highlights the two sessions focus on the case of new generation of migrant workers, this article with its solid sample-based investigation and in-depth discussion, provides us with a timely reference.
