Objective: To observe the prognosis of tuberculosis complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods: The clinical data of 95 patients with tuberculosis complicated with MODS were retrospectively analyzed. The age, underlying disease, ICU stay, and the presence of pulmonary infection, respiratory failure, septic shock, ventilator support time, hemoglobin (Hb) And albumin (ALB) levels, the number of secondary organ failure and other indicators, and analysis of indicators and prognosis. Results: Multiple regression analysis showed that the prognosis was negatively correlated with the duration of ventilator support and the number of exhausted organs (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between Hb and ALB levels in ICU (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Ventilator support time, number of secondary failing organs, levels of Hb and ALB are the influencing factors of prognosis of tuberculosis complicated with MODS.
