目前我军食品安全管理主要是由军需、卫生和营房部门在负责,在总后勤部2006年下发的“关于贯彻落实《国务院关于进一步加强食品安全工作的决定》的通知”中,明确了军需部门的职责,即:军需部门主要负责食品生产、采购、加工、供应、储藏等环节的安全管理与科技支持体系的研究。食品安全离不开科技支撑,完善的科技支持体系是食品安全保障的基础。我军于上世纪末开始了军队食品安全科技支持体系的研究。本文针对有关我军食品安全科技支持体系现存的几个现实问题进行了认真的思考,并提出了几点构想。
At present, our army’s food safety management is mainly conducted by the military, health and barracks departments. In the Notice on Implementing the Decision of the State Council on Further Strengthening Food Safety issued by the General Logistics Department in 2006, The responsibility of military departments, namely: military department is mainly responsible for food production, procurement, processing, supply, storage and other aspects of safety management and science and technology support system. Food safety can not be separated from science and technology support, a sound system of scientific and technical support is the basis for food safety and security. At the end of last century, our army started the research on the science and technology support system for military food safety. In this paper, serious consideration has been given to several existing practical problems concerning our military food safety science and technology support system, and some ideas have been put forward.
