水电站计算机监控系统是对水电站设备进行实时监控的关键设备。从保证电站可靠运行及设备控制的复杂程度出发细阐述了银盘水电站计算机监控系统的设计原则、结构、功能。根据水电站自动发电控制(AGC)的要求。系统采用分层分布式的体系结构,将水电站计算机监控系统分为电站控制层和现地控制单元两层。采用百兆光纤快速以太网进行电站级主控设备与现地控制单元主控设备之间的通信。系统在功能及软、硬件配置上均达到了“无人值班”(少人值守)的要求。
