钨严重影响金的比色测定,迄今应用于钨矿中金的比色测定方法尚欠完善。钨酸对金有吸附作用,饱和溴水-氢溴酸法也不能消除钨对孔雀绿比色测定金的影响。我们应用硫代米蚩酮-异戊醇萃取比色法测定金,15毫升溶液中三氧化钨量为2毫克时,对测定无影响,加磺基水杨酸可消除过量溴的影响。本法中金的溴化物比氯化物灵敏度高,0~12微克金符合比尔定律,重现性良好,易于掌握。
Tungsten seriously affect the colorimetric determination of gold, so far the method of colorimetric determination of gold used in tungsten ore is still not perfect. Tungstic acid has an adsorption effect on gold, and the saturated bromine water-hydrobromic acid method can not eliminate the influence of tungsten on the gold color determination of malachite green. We use thio Michtan ketone - isoamyl alcohol extraction colorimetric determination of gold, 15 ml solution of tungsten oxide content of 2 mg, no effect on the determination, plus sulfosalicylic acid can eliminate excess bromine. The gold bromide in this method is more sensitive than chlorides, and 0 to 12 micrograms gold complies with Beer’s law with good reproducibility and easy to grasp.
