通过对一种典型的回转体零件成形进行工艺分析,提出了旋压成形工艺方案。实验材料为Al6061,在室温下成形。旋压成形此零件需要两道工序,首先根据体积不变原理设计合理的毛坯尺寸,进行第1步预制坯成形,然后进行第2步多道次旋压成形及卷边加工。分析了两步成形工序所需的旋压工装,包括旋轮、芯模和尾顶的选用和设计。选择通用旋轮,安装角为45°;选择多级卷边旋轮,并与普通旋轮集成在数控刀架上。芯模材料为45钢,需进行热处理,工作表面经抛光处理。芯模尺寸参考零件尺寸计算,试旋后根据回弹量进行修模。根据芯模尺寸设计尾顶,第2工序的尾顶对预制坯有校形的作用。
Through analyzing the forming process of a typical rotating body part, the spinning process scheme is proposed. The experimental material is Al6061, which is shaped at room temperature. Spinning and forming this part requires two steps. First, according to the principle of constant volume, a reasonable blank size is designed, and the first preform is formed. Then, the second multi-pass spinning and crimping are performed. Analysis of the two-step forming process required spinning tooling, including the wheel, mandrel and the tail of the selection and design.
