全面推进素质教育是当今学校教育的发展方向,在推进素质教育的今天,教师必须转变教育观念,把教育教学提高到培养学生的身体素质、培养学生的心理素质和文化素质、培养学生的社会素质上来。在教学活动中,不仅要重视知识传授,更应强化能力的训练和学法的指导。而数学学科具有极强的学科特点,教学不能单纯告诉学生命题结论,而是要让学生尽量通过自己动手、动脑,获取知识,培养学生参与意识,让学生创造性的学习。那么,农村数学教师应如何面对新课改的挑战?本人在课改实验中做了如下几方面的探索。
