2006年以来,浦东新区档案馆建立并逐步完善了档案利用分析机制,每年年初汇总上年度档案利用数据,年中汇总当年上半年利用数据,并对利用人次、卷次、类型等数据进行统计分析。通过分析,及时总结档案利用工作经验,发现档案利用工作规律,改进不足,进一步提高档案利用服务水平。本文以2015年上半年浦东新区档案馆档案利用基本数据
