2012年虹口区新一届区委、区政府提出了“虹口新崛起”的奋斗目标。如何在“虹口新崛起”的过程中,充分发挥档案部门在经济转型发展、社会管理创新、民生保障等重点工作中的服务作用,是近年来虹口区档案局馆积极探索实践的新课题。为“中共四大纪念馆”筹建工作服务2011年虹口区委把筹建“中共四大纪念馆”列为该年度局的重大项目。按照区委的部署,此项工作于2011年年中启动,2012年10月建成。除建设工程外,相关涉及的文化、党史、档案等部门均需以此作为当年度工作的重中之重,全力以赴,相互协调配合。
