在山西省潞城市地税局,申延令局长向笔者介绍了该局去年在征管改革方面取得的先进经验。在连续几年税收任务稳步增长的基础上,1997年按照“实事求是、规范操作、严格奖惩、全面提高”的总体工作思路,经过全体税干的辛勤努力,全年全局共组织收入6063.6万元,比上年同期增长10.31％,绝对额增收562.2万元,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,得到了长治市局及潞城市委、市政府等有关上级领导的充分肯定,为支持全市经济的发展做出了积极的贡献。
