第四设计院于十一月九日至二十日在武昌召开了中南及华东地区铁路标准设计工作座談会,出席的有上海铁路总局,南昌、武汉、郑州、广州、长沙、福州、蚌埠铁路局,大桥工程局,铁道兵第8502,8503部队及第四设计院等十二个单位的代表十七人並邀請专业设计院及第三设计院参加,连同第四设计院各设计处科共计三十四人参加座
The Fourth Design Institute held a symposium on railway standard design work in South Central and East China from November 9 to November 20 in Wuchang. The Shanghai Railway General Administration, Nanchang, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Changsha, Fuzhou, and Handan Railways were present. The Bureau, the Bridge Engineering Bureau, the seventeen representatives of 12 units including the Railway Soldiers No. 8502, 8503 and the Fourth Design Institute invited the professional design institutes and the Third Design Institute to participate, together with the design departments of the Fourth Design Institute.
