为研究血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)清除超氧自由基的活性与年龄的定量关系,利用电子自旋共振(ESR)谱仪测量40例健康人。结果表示:①随着年龄的增长,人体血清SOD活性逐渐下降;SOD活性(Y)与年龄(x)呈显著负相关,r=-041;②经线性最小二乘拟合,Y=20904-052x;③将40例按年龄分成幼年、青年、中青年、中老年4个组:其SOD均值(U/L)分别为20625±2461,19004±2255,19688±2554,16630±1868。经修正的t检验判明,只有幼年组与中老年组之间存在显著差异(P<001)。表明采用ESR波谱技术所得结果与其他方法基本一致。
In order to study the quantitative relationship between serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) scavenging superoxide radical activity and age, 40 healthy subjects were measured by electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. The results showed that: (1) With the increase of age, the activity of SOD in human serum gradually decreased; the activity of SOD (Y) was negatively correlated with age (x), r = -041; ② After linear least squares fitting, 209 04-0 52x; 40 cases were divided into four groups according to age: young, young, middle-aged, middle-aged and old: the SOD mean (U / L) were 206.25 ± 24.61 and 190.04 ± 2255, 19688 ± 2554, 16630 ± 1868. The revised t test showed that there was only significant difference between the young group and the middle-aged group (P <001). It shows that the results obtained by ESR spectroscopy are basically the same as other methods.
