应用国际先进的化学法生产高纯超细Al2O3粉体，该合成反应过程有很多不稳定因素，引起的“喷料”既浪费又不安全．针对现场问题，设计出新的合成设备，实现自动控制反应速度，有效解决“喷料”问题，从而保证生产安全，实现稳定生产．
The application of international advanced chemical production of high purity ultrafine Al2O3 powder, the synthesis reaction process has many unstable factors, causing the “spray” is both waste and unsafe. In response to on-site problems, we designed new synthesis equipment to automatically control the reaction speed and effectively solve the problem of “spray material” so as to ensure production safety and achieve stable production.
