本文对球铁一步加热快速正火工艺和常规加热保温正火工艺的断裂韧性作了比较。结果为,同样加热到920℃,一步加热快速正火比保温2小时正火的断裂韧性平均提高28kg/mm~3/~2。还从基本含碳量、裂纹扩展规律和微观断口等方面对试验结果作了分析。
In this paper, the ductile toughness of one-step heating of normalized ductile iron and conventional heating and normalizing are compared. As a result, the same heating to 920 ℃, one-step heating fast normalizing than the insulation 2 hours normalizing fracture toughness increased by 28kg / mm ~ 3 / ~ 2. The experimental results were also analyzed from the aspects of basic carbon content, crack propagation law and microscopic fracture.
