采用晶界渗镓剥离晶粒技术实现了三维晶粒尺寸的直接实验测量,并与根据平面测量晶粒尺寸数据分别采用球模型和简化多面体模型计算得到的三维晶粒尺寸进行了比较,分析了几何模型引起的系统误差。
The direct experimental measurement of the three-dimensional grain size was implemented by the grain boundary gallium carbide striping technique. The three-dimensional grain size calculated by the spherical model and the simplified polyhedral model was compared with the data of the grain size measured by the plane. System error caused by geometric model.
