我们在正常新生乳鼠胸腺中观察到内源性逆转录病毒的存在,兹报告如下。新疆杂种乳小鼠和本院LACA乳小鼠各6只于出生后5天剪颈处死,立即打开胸腔摘取胸腺。将胸腺切成1mm~3小块,按常规固定、浸透,Epon812包埋。组织块切出厚片定位,超薄切片复染后在电镜下观察。12只乳鼠胸腺中7例见有逆转录病毒存在,分别为新疆杂种乳鼠4/6,LACA乳鼠3/6。在两系乳鼠胸腺中,病毒颗粒的分布及形态结构基本一致。病毒颗粒仅见于胸腺髓质之绒毛型上皮性网状细胞内。该细胞
We have observed the presence of endogenous retroviruses in the thymus of normal newborn littermates and are reported below. Xinjiang hybrid milk mice and LACA mice in our hospital, 6 mice were sacrificed 5 days after birth and immediately opened the chest to remove the thymus. The thymus cut into 1mm ~ 3 small pieces, according to conventional fixation, soaked, Epon812 embedded.
