对辅助电机在试验台进行负载试验时若无明显的加载现象，被测电机的故障表现就不明显的原因进行了分析，并提出对试验台的改进方案。

If there is no obvious loading phenomenon when the auxiliary motor is carrying out the load test on the test bench, the reason why the fault performance of the tested motor is not obvious is analyzed and the improvement plan for the test bench is proposed.
