声带白色样病变并非全部为喉白斑病。本文报告４５例临床诊断为喉白斑病，经病理证实仅３３例。认为，在病检前将本病统称为声带白色病变为宜；白斑病癌变主要在非典型增生的基础上进一步发展所致，非典型增生越严重，癌变的可能性越大。喉显微手术治疗可使部分患者痊愈。
Vocal cord white lesions are not all throat white spot disease. This article reports 45 cases of clinical diagnosis of laryngeal white spot disease, pathologically confirmed only 33 cases. Believes that the disease before the disease collectively referred to as vocal cord white lesions appropriate; white spot cancer mainly in the development of atypical hyperplasia based on the further development of the more serious atypical hyperplasia, the greater the possibility of cancer. Throat microsurgical treatment of some patients can be cured.
