社会保障制度的建立与完善情况愈来愈受到广大干部职工的关注,作为社会保障制度的一项基本保障——养老保险,直接关系到企事业单位离退休人员和在职职工的切身利益。搞好养老保险基金管理、堵塞管理漏洞、加快基金积累,是落实好养老保险制度的关键环节。
The establishment and improvement of the social security system has drawn more and more attention from the cadres and workers. As a basic guarantee for the social security system - endowment insurance, it has a direct bearing on the vital interests of retirees and serving workers in enterprises and institutions. Improving the pension fund management, plugging loopholes in management and speeding up the accumulation of funds are the key steps in implementing the pension insurance system.
