有读者来信询问我刊第五期第48页“解毒透疹散”中土元的学名、功用、主治等,特答复如下:土元即(?)虫,又名地鳖、土鳖、簸箕虫,地乌龟、节节虫等,为鳖蠊科昆虫地鳖或姬蠊科昆虫赤边水(?)的雌性全虫。性味、咸、寒,有毒。入心、肝、脾三经,功能逐瘀、破积、通络、理伤。治症瘕积聚、血滞经闭、产后瘀血腹痛、跌打损伤等。孕妇忌服。
