The Fourth Annual Meeting of Liaoning Agricultural Association and the 1981 Annual Academic Conference were held in Shenyang on August 28 and lasted for five days and ended on September 2. Provincial Agricultural Association, vice president of Comrade Ma Shijun presided over the meeting and delivered an opening speech. On behalf of the last council, Comrade Xi Kangmin, director of the provincial agronomy association, delivered a working report titled “Working Together to Rejuvenate China, Striving for Accelerating the Realization of Agricultural Modernization in our Province”. The report first pointed out: This congress is the craze of “the resolution on some historic issues concerning the party since the founding of the People’s Republic” adopted by the 6th Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Party to conscientiously study and implement all the Party, army and people of all nationalities in the country. Economically implemented
