三月十七日至十九日在呼和浩特成立了内蒙古自治区医学科学学术委员会,会议是包正付厅长主持,云曙碧厅长做了重要的讲话。会议选举产生了主任、付主任委员、常务委员、制定了自治区医学科学学术委员会章程,明确指出了它是卫生厅的咨询机构和参谋部;并在内部设蒙医、中医、予防医学、临床医学、基础医学、护理、药学和科学管理等八个专业组。委员会分别听取了一九八○年科研计划执行情况的汇报,修改了一九八一年科研计划,同时还研究了我区医药卫生科研方向。
From January 17 to March 19, an academic committee of medical science of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was set up in Hohhot. The meeting was presided over by Bao Zhengfu and made an important speech by Hall Chief Yun Shubin. The meeting elected the director, pay the chairman, standing member, developed the Autonomous Medical Science Academic Committee constitution, clearly pointed out that it is the Department of Health advisory body and staff; and set up internal Mongolia, Chinese medicine, to prevent medicine, clinical medicine , Basic medicine, nursing, pharmacy and scientific management eight professional groups. The committee respectively listened to the report on the implementation of the scientific research plan in 1980, revised the 1981 scientific research plan, and also studied the research direction of medical and health research in our district.
