当企业确定了自己的总目的和多目标综合体系以后，在其随后的日常经营活动中，她就要充分发现、发明并积极利用“自己可支配的一切”来实现自己的预定目的。但这所谓的“自己可支配的一切”是什么呢？可以说，在迄今为止的经济与管理界对这个问题的回答和解释都不是十分令人满?
When the firm has identified its own general purpose and multi-objective integrated system, she has to fully discover, invent and actively use “what she can control” to achieve her intended purpose during her subsequent daily operations. But what is this so-called “self-controllable”? It can be said that the economic and management circles so far have not answered and explained this question very satisfactorily.
